Websites: troidx.com and troidx.ai (each a "Site", together the "Sites")
1. What this policy covers
This policy explains what our two websites, troidx.com and troidx.ai, store in your browser and how you control it. "Cookies" here includes similar tools such as local storage and session storage.
In short: neither Site sets cookies for visitors. Both use your browser's local storage and session storage. Necessary storage is always on. Storage that remembers how you found us is used only if you allow it. We run no advertising or third-party analytics tags.
2. Your choice
- On your first visit to each Site, a banner offers Accept all, Reject all and Settings. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and nothing is pre-ticked.
- Necessary storage is always on, because the Sites need it to work.
- If our cookieless statistics are switched on for a Site, they are on by default there and you can turn them off. Everything else stays off until you allow it.
- Reject all turns off everything except necessary storage, including statistics.
- If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, we treat it as a refusal of advertising attribution and statistics. If it sends Do Not Track, we turn statistics off.
- Each Site keeps its own choice. A choice made on troidx.com does not apply on troidx.ai, and the other way round. Each choice is saved in that browser for 12 months. We ask again after 12 months, or sooner if this policy's version changes.
- You can change or withdraw your choice at any time in , which is also linked in the footer of every page. When you withdraw consent, that Site deletes its "how you found us" storage.

Before you make a choice, visit-source details are held only in the open page's memory. They are not saved to your browser unless you allow it.

Online checkout (troidx.com): the Site contains code for a future online checkout that would keep payment progress in session storage. Checkout is switched off while the Site is quote-only, so nothing is stored for it. We will update this policy before turning it on.
Staff only: our internal staff panel uses a login cookie (__Host-tx_sess) and its own preference items. They are set only for our staff, never for visitors.
What we do not use: no Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn or other advertising tags, no Google Fonts calls, and no location lookup in your browser. If we ever add a third-party tag, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before it runs. We never send your name, email or phone number to an advertising or analytics provider.
5. Managing storage in your browser
Use on each Site to change your choice there. You can also clear or block site data in your browser settings. If you block necessary storage, the chat may not work and the banner will appear again.
